Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name in television. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mom in Columbus Ohio. Then she began moving to Texas in search of the field of physical therapy in the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas then moved in Orlando Florida where she experienced various acting roles such as local independent films and world-wide commercials. Despite small roles, she quickly discovered her passion for acting. In 2001, she moved into New York where her first part was in All My Children's soap-opera in the role of Rosa Santos. In the beginning of the decade she was seen in tiny parts for JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she was cast in her first series part on The Mountain The Mountain, the short-lived drama on television. De La Garza played Maria Serrano along with a host of top TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi, and Mitch Pilegge. Her most well-known character was Law & Order, where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was a part of 85 episodes. After a short time, her character moved over to Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards in the character's honor for her role, including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominees. In 2008, De La Garza won the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award for a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza got a reprise role in CSI Miami a few moments further. She played Marisol Delko, the wife of the character of David Caruso Horatio Caine. In NBC's dark, dramatic thriller Do No Harm she played the character as the character Dr. Lena Solis. The series was cancelled after two short episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is the younger sibling of Cory as well as being Italian by descent. The family she was raised in was a religious and conservative family. Milano was first introduced to acting when she was seven years old. Babysitters took her for an audition for her very first time. Out of more than a thousand applicants they were selected as one of just four. Milano was featured on television in commercials and off Broadway productions, including the musical adaptation to Jane Eyre.
